FIELD: fire safety equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to body structures and joint assemblies used primarily in fire trucks. In the body of a fire truck from modular blocks, made on the basis of frame (1) and sheet skin (4), frame is made of light aluminum square profiles (2) with longitudinal grooves, jointed joint nodes for square profiles with longitudinal grooves containing a nut, entering into the groove in one of the profiles, and screwed into the nut bolt with a right-hand thread, entering the longitudinal groove of the second profile through the through hole in the self-tapping insert, consisting of three successively located and successively screwed into the longitudinal groove of the second profile parts with a right-hand thread. Sheathing sheets are connected to the assembled frame by gluing.
EFFECT: invention increases the manufacturability and rigidity of the body structure, and also reduces the cost of the joint unit while maintaining its high performance.
