SUBSTANCE: dental implant includes cylindrical intraosteal part with threading on external surface, internal thread hole for main fixation screw and stopping screw with receiving bed for extraosteal part; hollow extraosteal part with external receiving bed congruent to receiving bed of intraosteal part; screw for plug fixation; main fixation screw for intraosteal and extraosteal part connection. Receiving beds of intraosteal part with three main pins and extraosteal part are horizontal. Thread on external surface of intraosteal part is buttress thread, with permanent profile along a part of length. Intraosteal part has stepped top, and on the upper surface a step of larger diametre is made for rest against bone. Extraosteal part has a form of truncated cone with three grooves and step of larger diametre for resting artificial crown against it. Extraosteal part and plug have three orifices each, congruent to main pins of intraosteal part. Main fixation screw connecting intraosteal and extraosteal implant parts has cylindric surface to ensure coaxiality of implant parts; two annular grooves on top for elastic seal, and a lug on screw head for screwing; top part of dental intraosteal two-stage implant is closed by plug.
