FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of bearing base positioned on floor of cast house of blast furnace aside from casting chute and of frame resting on bearing base and connected to it by means of bearing corresponding to first axis of rotation positioned vertically. The frame rotates around the first axis of rotation relative to the bearing base. The device is additionally includes a hoisting lever with the first and second end sections. The first end section is connected to the frame by means of the first swivel joint corresponding to the second axis of rotation positioned horizontally. The manipulator element is connected to the second end section of the hoisting lever by means of the second swivel joint corresponding to the third axis of rotation lying in plane perpendicular to the second axis of rotation.
EFFECT: compact size and manoeuvrability of device.
