METHOD OF PREDICTING DEVELOPMENT OF DIFFUSE ENDOBRONCHITIS IN EARLY AND ACUTE PERIODS OF CERVICAL-SPINAL TRAUMA Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC G01N33/48

SUBSTANCE: on 1-st, 3-rd, 7-th, 14-th and 30-th day analysis of bronchoalveolar lavage liquid (BALL) is performed, indices of endopulmonary cytogram and bronchoscopic picture of the first day being taken as initial parametre. If from the 3-rd day in BALL preparations number of neutrophilic leukocytes grows relative to initial parametre, possibility of I-II degree diffuse endobronchitis beginning is predicted, in case of stabilisation - stabilisation of I-II degree diffuse endobronchitis is predicted. If after the 7-th day number of neutrophilic leukocytes grows and number of alveolar macrophages reduces, possibility of III degree diffuse endobronchitis beginning is predicted. In case of incomplete substitution in BALL preparations of neutrophilic leukocytes with alveolar macrophages on the 14-th day, stopping of I-II degree diffuse endobronchitis is predicted, in case if on the 14-th day there is no substitution of neutrophilic leukocytes with alveolar macrophages, III degree diffuse endobronchitis is predicted.

EFFECT: application of method allows to increase accuracy of prediction of diffuse endobronchitis development in acute and early periods of cervical-spinal part of spine trauma.
