FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: gas-tight sealed case (2) surrounds the inner space of a sealed case. There is an observation glass on sealed case (2) through which the electromagnetic radiation region which covers the wavelength range from 100 nm to 1 mm in the inner space can be monitored. The observation window is made in form of a lens system (5, 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d). The monitored region is focused on the sensory field of an optical sensor through the lens system. The lens system remains part of the gas-tight wall in the sealed case and closes the opening in the case.
EFFECT: lens system enables reliable monitoring of movable contacts - disconnecting switch components through aimed observation using structural space inside the walls of the sealed case.
