FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology. Ends of nerve stumps are treated, fixed and subjected to dosed traction by means of device to necessary value with further suturing end-to-end. Fixation of nerve stumps to traction elements of device is performed with sutures combining longitudinal and transverse stitches through nerve membranes. After that ends are placed into cavities of traction pin heads, simultaneously retraction diastasis between them is eliminated, after that dosed traction of proximal and distal nerve stumps is performed simultaneously at a rate 1 mm a day. After that traction is performed for at least 8 micromovements during 16 hours.
EFFECT: method ensures elongation of injured nerve in early terms, optimal for regeneration and further recovery of nerve function.
