FIELD: traumatology, neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: proposed tip is made in form of fixation sleeve 2 attached to traction guide 1. Sleeve 2 accommodates hollow cone, cavity adapted to receive nerve and through-going side openings 3 adapted to receive ligature. Sleeve 2 further comprises cylinder conjugated with cone, removable coating-applying element 5 having internal positioner for ligature knots, and guide channel 4 adapted to direct traction guide 1. Sleeve 2 and coating-applying element 5 are made of biologically inert material, while nerve-receiving cavity and ligature-guiding through-going side openings 3 are formed in cylinder. Traction guide 1 can be also attached to cone vertex of fixation sleeve 2. Through-going side openings 3 adapted to guide ligature can be arranged in row and spaced apart at equal distances from one another and from cylindrical axial end. Removable coating-applying element 5 can be attached for rotation and longitudinal movement to traction guide 1 accommodated in guide channel 4 formed in cone vertex of coating-applying element 5 with diameter equal to diameter of traction guide 1. Coating-applying element 5 can have smooth outer surface. Internal positioner for ligature knots can be formed as circular groove 6 arranged at distance from cylindrical axial end of coating-applying element 5 equal to distance from cylindrical axial end of fixation sleeve 2 up to ligature-guiding through-going side openings 3. Circular groove 6 can be communicated with axial end with help of equidistantly spaced, through-going longitudinal recesses, number of which is equal to half of number of ligature-guiding side openings 3. Invention can be used to remedy defects of nerve trunks. EFFECT: lower resistance of surrounding tissues to movement of traction guide tip; prevention of complications due to formation of commissures and cicatrization. 5 cl, 3 dwg
