FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to reconstructive surgery. Autotransplant is formed from fragment of rectus with overlying skin and underlying site of parietal peritoneum. Area of included into flap composition underlying parietal peritoneum is determined by dimensions of replaced defect. Vascular pedicle contains lower epigastric vessels.
EFFECT: method allows to cover defects of various configuration.
