FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to reconstructive-plastic surgery of oral cavity and can be used in carrying out oncologic operations. Essence of method lies in the following: lost tissues of tongue and oral cavity are reconstructed by means of autotransplant on feeding vascular pedicle. Free large intestinal-omentum flap is used, feeding pedicle being formed by creating microvascular anastomoses between middle colic artery and vein and branches of external carotid artery and internal jugular vein. Edges of mucous membrane of intestinal part of transplant are joined with edges of resected tongue and oral cavity mucosa. Volumetric spatial defect of soft tissues of oral cavity and neck is substituted with omentum part of transplant.
EFFECT: application of claimed method allows to restore integrity of tongue and oral cavity mucosa, improve tissue adaptation, eliminate possibility of sicatritial process and formation of fistulas.
