FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: autograft is formed of a fragment of the abdominal rectus muscle on lower epigastric vessels and transferred into a recipient area. The flap is pre-fabricated by implanting mucous automicrografts into perforations of an aponeurotic graft portion. The pre-fabricated portion of the biologically engineered flap is covered form above with a resorbed Vicryl mesh. The graft is transferred on a defect area. The epithelial laying of the organ is repaired by the pre-fabricated portion of the flap by placing it into a lumen of the hollow organ with edges of the graft aponeurosis fixed to a submucosal layer of the wound edges. A muscular portion of the graft is used to repair a soft-tissue organ frame with the muscular portion of the graft sutured to neck muscles.
EFFECT: method enables a one-stage repair of the defects of various dimensions and size, mucosal repair with using autologous tissues, isolation of the pre-fabricated mucosal fragments, isolation of the pre-fabricated mucosal fragments from the aggressive environment of the upper airway and alimentary lumen.
