FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dermatology. The method involves the stepped therapy. The first step is implemented in hospital environment. The conventional therapy involves daily intramuscular introduction of 1 ml of Epithalamine in the number of 25-30 injections. The diseased areas are treated by applications of wet-to-dry dressings of nitric-siliceous mineral water, twice a day, in the morning and in the evening for 1-1.5 hours for 25-30 days. The second step implies health resort treatment with silica mineral waters of thermal springs. The third step requires the out-patient therapy by applications on the persistent "duty" plates. The out-patient treatment continues for 12-14 days. For the applications, electret films applied for 3 - 4 days and then replaced are used.
EFFECT: method prevents off-season acute conditions of psoriasis.
