FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves intramuscularly administering epithalamin at a dose of 1 ml daily during psoriasis exacerbation period as a course of 20-25 injections and 10 injections of 1 ml dose are administered in two-three courses as prophylaxis in various periods of the year. Epithalamin injections are combined with local and internal treatment by applying boron-containing mineral water.
