SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapy, and can be used in treatment of metabolic syndrome. That is ensured by hypoxic-hyperoxic oxygen inhalation in concentrations 10-14 and 87-93 %, of duration 3-4 and 1-2 minutes respectively. It is combined with vibration action at frequency 20-200 Hz and dry sauna thermal exposure within 35 to 82°C for 30-45 minutes. Besides the course involves local air-ion therapy at concentration of positive ions (O³⁺CO⁺) 750 un/cm³ and more and of negative ions (O^2-NO^2-) 650 un/cm³ and more, and musical exposure within the range of 4-12 cycles/minute.

EFFECT: higher clinical effectiveness with respect to metabolic syndrome combined with reduced traumatism as compared with the other drug-free modality, such as plasmapheresis.
