FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to haematology, cardiology, endocrinology and can be used for normalising the functional responsiveness of cardiovascular system (CVS) in arterial hypertension, impaired glucose tolerance, abdominal obesity and stage I impaired cardiac function. That is ensured by estimating the state of functional responsiveness of the CVS in psychoemotional load. And systolic, diastolic, average dynamic pressure and heart rate (HR) are recorded. These data are used to evaluate a functional responsiveness index (FRI) before and after load by formula: FRI=(BPav.dyn. × HR)/100 (standard units). The FRI exceeding 20 standard units required a therapy to be prescribed. The therapy combines the individually prescribed hypocaloric diet, rationally graduated static and dynamic physical activity, and administration of lisinopril 10 mg once in the morning and metformin 500 mg twice a day. The length of treatment is at least 3 weeks.
EFFECT: method allows for well-timed diagnosis of the impaired functional responsiveness of CVS; and the combination of presented modalities ensures the effective correction, prevention of complications of arterial hypertension and impaired glucose tolerance, abdominal obesity and stage I impaired cardiac function.
