SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, to field of cardiology. In order to normalise cardiovascular system functional reactivity in patients with arterial hypertension and impaired glucose tolerance after determination of increment of value of circulatory system functional reactivity index to psychoemotional load while performing load in comparison with value of functional reactivity index at rest for more than 20 conv.units, administered are rationally dosed static and dynamic physical loads, lisinopril 10 mg in the morning 1 time and metformin 500 mg 2 times per day for not less than 3 months.
EFFECT: method normalises functional reactivity of cardiovascular system in patients with arterial hypertension and impaired glucose tolerance due to reduction of degree of risk to develop unfavourable vascular reactions in case of psychoemotional loads.
