FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for polymerisation of at least one conjugated diene monomer. Proposed catalytic system contains at least one pre-polymerising conjugated diene, salt of organic phosphoric acid and one or several rare-earth elements in the form of suspension in at least one saturated aliphatic or alicyclic and inert hydrocarbon-based solvent, alkylation agent comprising alkylaluminium and halogen donor including alkyl aluminium halogenid. Said catalytic system is sequentially obtained in one line (L) representing plant feed line running from rare-earth element salt dissolution reactor or from rare-earth element salt storage tank to polymerisation reactor inlet by means of reaction between pre-polymerising conjugated diene and rare-earth element salt solution and alkylation agent for at least 5 min in alkylation reactor made up of at least one dynamic mixer with fine mixing ability, and adding, to obtained mix, a halogen donor to initiate reaction of halogenation-ageing of pre-polymerised catalytic system and continuous production of catalytic system at outlet of line (L).
EFFECT: continuous production of catalytic system.
