METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF MODULAR CONSTRUCTION PANEL Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC E04C2/00 E04C2/26

Abstract RU 2398941 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing of modular construction panel consists in laying of longitudinal and transverse metal profiled stiffening ribs on face and rear sides of heat insulation board, through glue layer. Board is supplied in horizontal position with face side upwards, glue is applied on section of board processing, where specified slots are arranged on face side in shape that follows shape of stiffening ribs, through glue pneumatic nozzles, onto glued surfaces of slots, then glue layer is wetted by means of water nozzles with water. Then board is supplied to section of panel assembly, where longitudinal stiffening ribs are laid into slots and rolled with rolls. Then it is again supplied to section of board processing, and previous operations are repeated at the same section, now on rear side of board. Afterwards the article is transported to press, where it is placed in horizontal position under vertical load, for the period required for reliable gluing. Then excessive glue is removed, transverse stiffening ribs are installed and connected by means of rivets or self-tapping screws to longitudinal elements. Then profile elements are fixed to peripherally arranged stiffening ribs.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of method for manufacturing of panels.
