FIELD: woodworking industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of joinery and construction products from wood materials. The outer and inner layers are prepared by deforming their opposite end areas. Two bends are made at one end to form a step protruding outward. At the other end, two bends are made to form a step going inward. Moreover, the distance between adjacent bends is chosen such as to ensure, when assembling the panel, the location between the outer and inner layers of the intermediate layer and the formation of a tenon from the steps protruding outward, and from the steps going inward a groove corresponding in size to the tenon. Veneer sheets are prepared by corrugating them, the outer surfaces of the waves of corrugated veneer are coated with an adhesive composition, an intermediate layer is formed by laying sheets of corrugated veneer on top of each other with a cross arrangement of waves, the intermediate layer is placed between the outer and inner layers. While the adhesive composition dries, the outer layer, intermediate layer, and inner layer are pressed against each other.

EFFECT: thermal insulation properties and rigidity of the panel are increased, the consumption of adhesives during the manufacturing process is reduced, the convenience of connecting adjacent panels during assembly is ensured, ensuring the thermal insulation properties of the butt joint, preserving the natural properties of wood.
