FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: unit of journal plain bearing consists of case (1) of bearing, of support pad (2) flexibly inserted inside case (1) with gap relative to it, wherein there are arranged at least two elastic packing rings (6), spaced in axial direction and of bushing (4) concentrically installed inside insertion (3) on bearing shaft (5) and rotating with it. The unit additionally consists of rotating insertion (6) flexibly mounted on bushing (4) between bushing (4) and insertion (3) with a gap relative to bushing (4); at least two elastic circular packing rings (7) are positioned in the gap. Insertion (3) is located in direct contact with insertion (2) forming sliding friction pair with it. Insertions (2, 3) are made out of hard alloy ceramic materials and have similar axial length. Insertion (2) is axially fixed with circular radial lug (10) on one end of case (1) and retaining ring (8) on another end of case (1), while axial position of insertion (3) is fixed with radial lug (11) on one end of bushing (4) and retaining ring (9) mounted on another end of bushing (4).
EFFECT: raised reliability, increased service life and processability of unit of journal plain bearing.
