FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: charger is equipped with cooling system. The rotary charger consists of a rotary support for rotary distributing facilities and a stationary case for the rotary support. The cooling system consists of a rotary cooling circuit secured to the rotary support and a stationary cooling circuit secured on a fixed case. There is installed a heat exchanger including a stationary heat exchanging element which is cooled with a coolant flowing via the stationary cooling circuit and a rotary heat exchanging element heated with isolated coolant circulating in the rotary cooling circuit.
EFFECT: heat exchanging elements are positioned one before another creating region of heat exchange between them by means of convection or emission through this region without interference of isolated coolants.
