FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the production of synthetic gas out of a hydrocarbon raw material in a process vessel for heat-exchange reforming. The process vessel includes an outer shell, a plurality of tubes with a catalyst, which are placed vertically, a load-bearing structure of catalyst tubes, tools for the indirect heating of the catalyst tubes with a heat carrier, an input channel for the heat carrier feeding, an output channel for the heat carrier discharging, an output channel for feeding of the hydrocarbon stock, which is in contact with the catalyst, an output channel for outputting the synthetic gas upon passage through the catalyst tubes, an input channel for feeding of a cooling medium, which is in contact with the catalyst. The process vessel is a reactor with double tubes with the catalyst. At that the cooling medium is delivered to each catalyst tube through openings placed along the whole length of the catalyst tubes, it is mixed up with the hydrocarbon stock fed to the upper part of the catalyst tubes and heating tools are mounted along the upper part of the catalyst tubes thus creating a space along the whole length of the catalyst tubes for passage of the cooling medium.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing costs for heat-exchange reforming.
