FIELD: preparation and cooling of solutions. SUBSTANCE: method includes delivery of components of solution to reservoir, mixing it by circulation in closed loop at simultaneous cooling on walls of heat-exchange chamber, cooling of heat exchange chamber is effected by delivery of cryogenic fluid to its upper area accompanied by discharge of gas thus formed from this chamber and from reservoir. Cryogenic fluid is supplied at volumetric redistribution. Device proposed for realization of this method has vertical heat-insulated housing, diffuser with heat exchange chamber and mixing unit. Mounted in cavity of heat exchange chamber filled with porous heat- conducting medium is system of reservoirs at smooth increased of volume in way of motion of fluid; mixing unit is made in form of helical turbine agitators mounted on common shaft. EFFECT: reduced consumption of coolant due to enhanced efficiency of heat exchanger; reduced operational expenses; possibility of continuous cooling of working fluid. 8 cl, 6 dwg
