FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: fungicidal-bactericidal composition comprises the active substance di-n-decyl-ammonium bromide and pyrotechnic mixture. Pyrotechnic mixture consists of an oxidiser, fuel and flame-arrester, the said composition contains the components in the following ratio, wt %: di-n-decyl-ammonium bromide 20-25, oxidiser 32-35, fuel 30-36; flame-arrester 05-10. Fuel, oxidiser and flame-arrester are previously joined together, mixed until a homogeneous composition, dried to a moisture content not exceeding 0.1% by mass, and crushed to particle size not exceeding 0.3 mm, with subsequent impregnation of the obtained composition with 60%-90% alcohol solution of di-n-decyl-ammonium bromide and re-drying to a moisture content not exceeding 0.1%. The resulting mixture is further stirred until a homogeneous composition followed by pressing into sticks at a temperature 20°C-45°C.

EFFECT: invention enables to increase efficiency and reduce consumption of fungicide.
