FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding engineering, namely to method for contact relief double-loop welding of hydraulic drive parts, in particular nozzle and body. Welded surfaces are prepared, and nozzle is installed in hole arranged in body. Body is installed on lower electrode of welding spot machine, and upper electrode of welding spot machine is lowered onto nozzle. Nozzle is welded to external surface of body to provide for setting and protrusion of nozzle lower edge beyond wall edge inside body and to create seam of the first loop. Then conical electrode is installed into internal part of nozzle. Hollow electrode is delivered from external side of body, and this electrode is installed with gap relative to upper part of nozzle. Compression force is applied between hollow and conical electrodes to provide for rolling of lower protruding edge of nozzle to make a cone on it. Compression force is reduced, welding current is switched on, and nozzle is welded to lower edge of body hole to create seam of the second loop.
EFFECT: increased reliability of welding joint at minimum time costs for preparation of joints for welding, without considerable increase of production welding cycle.
