FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building and is intended for heat disassembly of press joints, preferably large parts. Shaft and bushing are installed vertically down into alignment bushing with provision of gap between alignment bushing and shaft. Alignment bushing arranged with lead-in taper and inner diametre that is 0.5…1 mm more than mount diametre of shaft, is adjusted with its lead-in taper facing upwards. Heat insulation gasket is placed between lower plane of removed bush and alignment bush. Limiters of bushing displacement thrust against upper end of removed bushing. Shaft and bushing are suspended onto tension spring. Inductor is installed concentrically to removed bush and alignment bush. Removed bush is heated by means of inductor, and shaft is displaced, as well as removed bush relative to each other by means of shaft upward pulling by means of tension spring, while removed bush is heated by inductor.
EFFECT: invention provides for elimination of damage in coupled surfaces and safety of pressing-out, as well as reduced time of pressing-out.
