FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pressure joint disassembly tools, namely to devices intended for induction disassembly of pressure joint between shaft and gas turbine rotor wheel with bales. Proposed device comprises inductor representing helical water-cooled coil made from copper tube, flexible water-cooled inductor, elevating mechanism, support with protective base, pit assembly to feed water for shaft cooling and HF load transformer. Flexible water-cooled transformer can be wound on gas turbine rotor wheel top part up to the blades. Aforesaid inductor can be secured in the support protective base. Aforesaid inductors are connected in series to allow summation of power lines of their magnetic fields in rotor wheel and to HF load transformer secondary. HF load transformer primary is shunted by compensating capacitor bank and connected to HF power supply.
EFFECT: expanded performances, reduced labor input.
