SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of solid wastes, in particular to processing of oil and fuel filters. Knife comprises web with main cutting edge, which is arranged with additional cutting edge and platform that holes and guides body metal for its supply to main cutting edge. It is possible to arrange web with at least one mount hole, main cutting edge and platform - with alternating T-shaped section and arrangement of additional cutting edge in plane at the angle of 90° to plane of the main cutting edge.

EFFECT: invention provides for cutting of filters in mechanical matter with guaranteed cutting in one stage, improved manufacturability of process and further recycling.
