FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, primarily for vertical vibration dampers exploiting gas contained in elastic-wall chamber. Proposed suspension comprises main flexible element 2 arranged between spring and no-spring masses and extra flexible element 4 fitted inside the former and aligned with it. Flexible element 4 represents hollow plunger divided by piston 5 into two spaces. Plunger bottom space is communicated via channel 7 and gas feed electrically driven air valve 8 with receiver 9 at the start of every compression stroke and with atmosphere in rebound stroke. Electrically driven air valve supply circuit incorporates switching device 13 connected with speed transducer 12. Plunger top space communicates with atmosphere via axial 10 and radial 11 holes in rod 6 of piston 5. Rod 6 is fitted in cover 3 of main flexible element 2.
EFFECT: higher damping properties.
