Locomotive motored wheel unit consists of traction motor with its frame mounted with the help of axial bearings on mounted axle and, with the help of spring set on bogie frame. Diamagnetic couplings with permanent magnets are rigidly secured on mounted axle and traction motor frame, while disk with magnetically conducting splines is fitted on mounted axle. Said splines counteract with mating splines of permanent magnets fitted on mounted axle.
