FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, namely to method for production of nanoparticles for research of their physical properties. Gases or vapours of liquids are mixed with gaseous helium at room temperature to produce admixture-helium mix with admixture concentration of not more than several percents. Produced mix is supplied along filling pipe into superfluid helium below its level at laminar flow of mix. Mix is quickly cooled in filling pipe to the temperature of superfluid helium in produced counterflow of cold helium, and nanoparticles of gases or liquids are deposited on surface of superfluid helium.
EFFECT: provides for production of nanoparticles for research of their physical properties at extremely low temperatures.
