SUBSTANCE: target is evaporated by laser radiation, followed by condensation of the evaporated substance in the gas flow. The concentration of the chemical compound of the transition metal is from 0.0001 to 10 mol. % of the evaporated material. In particular embodiments of the invention, the radiation of a solid-state laser operating on transition metal ions is used. The chemical compound of the target is a chemical compound of a transition metal, on whose ions the laser operates. The chemical compound of the target is a kind of a chemical compound of a transition metal, which corresponds to the evaporated material. When the oxides are evaporated, transition metal oxides are used, and when the nitrides are evaporated - transition metal nitrides are used. The chemical compound of the target is a chemical compound of a transition metal, decomposable in an oxygen atmosphere.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the process of obtaining non-metal nanopowders by means of substance evaporation by laser radiation.
