SUBSTANCE: steel contains wt %: carbon - 0.80-0.85, manganese - 0.50-0.80, silicon - not more 0.10, phosphorus - not more 0.020, sulphur - not more 0.015, chromium - 0.20-0.30, nickel - not more 0.10, copper - not more 0.10, aluminium - 0.010-0.025, calcium - 0.0001-0.005, vanadium - 0.060-0.080, nitrogen - not more 0.008, iron - the rest. Also ratio of carbon contents to contents of vanadium is not less, than 10.5, while ratio of nitrogen to summary contents of aluminium and calcium is not less, than 0.13.

EFFECT: facilitating specified strength characteristics at maintaining high plastic properties.
