SUBSTANCE: steel contains the following, wt %: carbon of 0.75 to less than 0.90, manganese 0.40 - 0.70, silicon 0.17 - 0.37, phosphorus of not more than 0.025, sulphur of not more than 0.020, chrome of not more than 0.10, nickel of not more than 0.10, copper of not more than 0.5, aluminium to less than 0.005, nitrogen to not more than 0.008, boron of more than 0.005 to 0.01, and iron is the rest.
EFFECT: rolled stock has improved strength and ductile properties pre-determining its use for reinforced-concrete products
