SUBSTANCE: steel contains the following component ratio, wt %: carbon 0.08 - 0.12, manganese 1.30 - 1.80, silicon of more than 0.50 to 0.80, phosphorus to 0.030, sulphur of more than 0.01 to not more than 0.030, chrome to 0.3, nickel to 0.3, copper to 0.3, aluminium of more than 0.01, vanadium 0.05 - 0.10, calcium 0.0001 - 0.005, nitrogen to 0.008 and iron is the rest.

EFFECT: providing the required value of yield point at manufacture of large hot-rolled standard and shaped rolled stock without using a system for accelerated cooling after rolling.
