FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: flexible locking-sealing device comprises hollow body, locking mechanism and piece of rope. One end of rope is passive. The second end in process of locking is pulled through body and is fixed in it by locking mechanism. Body is closed with cover. Cover has graphical indication and external ledge in the form of truncated pyramid. Threaded hole that crosses outlet hole for rope and lies in a single plane with it is arranged in cover ledge. Threaded hole is arranged at sharp angle to axis of outlet hole measured in direction that is reverse to device closing. Stop screw with pull groove and technological tail is arranged in threaded hole. Technological tail is arranged in the form of L-shaped rod.

EFFECT: improved extent of device protection with preservation of its processing manufacturability.
