FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a piece of rope, one end of which is passive, and the second free end in process of closing is pulled through hollow body to make a loop and is fixed in it by means of locking mechanism, which comprises two fixing elements in separator installed in body cavity and spring-loaded by a closure spring. Body cavity is closed with upper and lower covers. Facility for prevention of unauthorised opening is installed in upper and lower covers, at that inlet and outlet openings in them are arranged as double-staged. In stages of larger diametre there are spring collars installed, resting on cushions. Internal diametre of spring collars is arranged as less than diametre of rope section, and direction of winding is made opposite to direction of rope winding. Collars are installed in openings of stages with guaranteed gap, value of which provides for free passage of rope section. Fixing elements of locking mechanism are arranged in the form of two wedge-like cams with internal surface, which serves as passage channel, with two pairs of sharp edges inside of it and three pairs of thrust teeth, which are created by crossing of through channel and cross openings. Separator is arranged as springy, with partially open frontal walls and opened upper wall.

EFFECT: high resistance to unauthorised opening and reliable fixation of rope section.
