FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises handle, leaf, handle locking and unlocking facilities and support. Handle movement makes it possible to control locking or unlocking position change. Leaf may move between closed and open positions. In open position lead makes it possible to grip the handle. Locking facilities are made to take locked and unlocked positions. Support is made with the possibility to elastically deform leaf in process of handle locking and unlocking facilities position changing.
EFFECT: improved reliability of functioning and reduced assembly cost.
