STEPLESS TRANSMISSION Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC F16H47/04

Abstract RU 2399817 C2

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: planetary gear box (14) consists of first solar gear (22) coupled with source (16) of power, second solar gear (34) and common carrier (28) connecting and maintaining first planetary gear (24), second planetary gear (26) and first gear (30) of front transmission. Also first solar gear (22) engages one planetary gear (24), and second solar gear (34) engages one planetary gear (26). Hydraulic system (12) has second gear (32) of front transmission and output gear (36). Notably, second gear (32) of the front transmission is actuated with first gear (30) of the front transmission. Hydrostatic system (12) ensures reactive moment on planetary box gear (14). Mechanism (40) of shift is positioned on output shaft (42) and engages either first gear (30) of the front transmission or second solar gear (34) to ensure vehicle forward running, reverse and mechanical neutral.

EFFECT: raised reliability of facility.
