FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: demonstration gyrostabiliser is built from an indicator gyrostabiliser which has a two-degree-of-freedom gyroscope consisting of a gyro unit which includes gyro motor and an internal frame. There is a first angle sensor on half axles of the gyro motor. A second angle sensor is mounted on the half axle of the suspension of the external frame. The two-degree-of-freedom gyroscope is mounted on a stabilised platform with half axles which are kinematically linked to the system angle sensor and a stabilising motor. A control panels gives the demonstration modes and the value of angular momentum of the gyroscope. A logic device consists of seven control switches and a comparator, an arresting device installed on the stabilised platform. The input of the arresting device is connected to the output of the seventh switch whose first control input is connected to the seventh output of the control panel. The second control input is connected to the output of the comparator whose input is simultaneously connected to the input of the power amplifier of the first moment detector and to the signal output of the sixth switch. The control input of the sixth switch is connected to the sixth output of the control panel and the signal input is simultaneously connected to the output of the second phase-sensitive amplifier and the signal input of the fourth switch.
