SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for unloading of portable unit with active zone or without it from reactor, which has fully or partially been used on ships with nuclear steam-generating plant by means of floating technical basis. Container for unloading the portable unit with active zone or without it, in which retractable container stops are installed in through hole of the sleeve which is made as a guide for them; retractable container stops interacting with the surface of portable unit are provided with possibility of its pickup and damping when falling, and interacting with shoulder of portable unit, provided with possibility of protecting it against falling to the damper.

EFFECT: excluding decompression and decreasing dynamic loads; at that, damper is flexible and provided with possibility of decreasing the container overall dimensions.
