SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear engineering, particularly to a method of extracting a plug and removable block of a liquid heavy-metal cooled fast-neutron reactor. The method of extracting a plug and a removable block when reloading a nuclear reactor includes preliminary mounting of reloading equipment, removing the plug from the reactor single block, transferring and placing the plug in a plug casing, unloading the removable block, transferring and placing the removable block in a casing for dismantling the removable block.
EFFECT: extracting a plug and a removable block from a nuclear reactor without fuel assemblies using a system of reloading equipment in radiation-safe conditions.
