FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in method for stabilisation of waveguide systems parametres in process of their manufacturing, including the following stages: manufacturing of separate parts and units of waveguide system, assembly of parts and units into waveguide system, monitoring geometric dimensions of waveguide system, adjustment of waveguide system, additional stage is introduced - prior to adjustment, thermocyclic and mechanical tests of waveguide system are carried out in switched off condition, which makes it possible to remove mechanical stresses from composite parts of waveguide systems, which occur in process of their assembly.
EFFECT: improved stability of waveguide systems parametres in process of manufacturing.
