FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: sowing apparatus contains a housing with an upper and a lower windows and a stepping motor containing a shaft, a grooved reel mounted on the motor. Two curtains fabricated of an elastic and resilient material are rigidly fixed in the upper window, positioned so that to enable contact with the reel. The stepping motor is installed on the housing and connected to the speed sensor via the control unit. Two disks of an elastic material whose diametre exceeds the reel external diametre are rigidly attached to the reel butt ends to form a gap relative the housing. A funnel of an elastic material is installed in the upper window positioned between the two curtains, its lower part overlapping the gap between the disks and the housing. The curtains are positioned so that to enable their inner side contact with the reel ribs while their lower ends are positioned no higher than the reel horizontal symmetry axis. The reel ribs are slanted in its rotation direction.

EFFECT: invention ensures improved operational reliability and seeding uniformity.
