FIELD: agricultural machinery.

SUBSTANCE: sowing device contains a seed box with a socket, a sectional coil with grooves mounted on a shaft, a seed guide into the lower part of the seed box, a coupling with a rib and a valve. The working part of the sectional coil with grooves, taking into account the dimensional parameters of the seeds of grain and leguminous crops, is divided into two equal sections by a secant plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the sectional coil with grooves. Between two equal sections and at the ends of the sectional coil, separating disks are installed, which are made together with two equal sections as a single unit from a high-strength polymer material. One equal section of a sectional coil is rotated relative to another equal section around the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the sectional coil by an angleα, equal to 15°, and the ribs of two equal sections of the sectional coil are located on its working part along a helical line. In addition, the side surfaces of the sectional coil rib have a flat surface, and the sectional coil rib with grooves has working and non-working flat surfaces, respectively located along the direction of rotation of the sectional coil. The working flat surface of the sectional coil rib with grooves, located along the direction of rotation of the sectional coil, coincides with the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the sectional coil, and the non-working flat surface of the sectional coil rib is deviated from the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the sectional coil by an angleβ, equal to 26°. In this case, the profile shape of the sectional coil groove is formed by a section of the working and non-working flat surfaces of two adjacent ribs of the sectional coil, as well as arcs l1 and l2 connecting the jumpers and the bases of two adjacent ribs of the sectional coil. Arcs l1 and l2 are formed by circles drawn from the center O of the sectional coil with radius rsk of the sectional coil and radius r, respectively, along the jumpers and along the bases of two adjacent ribs of the sectional coil, and the socket of the sectional coil with grooves is made without slots for the ribs of the sectional coil and has a mounting hole made with a diameter equal to the diameter of the drive shaft of the sectional coil.

EFFECT: improving the quality of sowing by increasing the uniformity of seed distribution and reducing their injury.
