FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular to sowing devices for sowing of seeds of grain, leguminous and small-seeded crops. Sowing apparatus comprises a housing fixed on a seed box, a two-section grooved coil and a washer with a profile for sowing small-seeded seeds, a valve installed on the drive shaft and a seed guide installed in housing. Seed guide is made to a two-section grooved coil and to a washer with a profile of ribs and grooves and consists of two separate shaped plates, as well as two gates. First shaped plate divides the free space located between the sidewalls of the housing of the sowing device into a receiving chamber for a two-section grooved coil and a receiving chamber for a washer with a profile of ribs and grooves for seeds of small-seeded crops. Rectangular plate and the front wall of the housing of the sowing device isolate the receiving chamber for the two-section grooved coil and the receiving chamber for the washer with a profile of ribs and grooves from the front part of the valve and from the funnel. Second shaped plate is made vertically on the working surface of the valve, as a whole with it and to the right of the first shaped plate, and extends from the horizontal plane of symmetry of the holes in the valve hubs to the valve discharge edge. Second shaped plate is in constant contact with the lower part of the first shaped plate due to a recess made on the right side of its shape in the form of the second shaped plate to ensure tightness of the receiving chambers of the coil and the washer with grooves when the valve is displaced in the vertical plane. At the same time dampers are made of rectangular shape with width corresponding to width of receiving chambers, and have the possibility of being displaced independently of each other to change the area of the inlet holes of the receiving chambers.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to improve the quality of sowing, reduce losses of seed material and reduce the time of sowing.
