FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: caulescent fodders classifier contains a housing, a set of trapezoid cross section sieves, trapezoid-shaped trays, installed at a slant, and ramp boards, as well as vessels for collection of caulescent fodders separated into fractions. The housing has rollers installed on guides. In the sieves lower bases there are rectangular holes arranged. The hosing is set into a oscillatory motion with a three-phase linear asynchronous motor. The secondary element of the three-phase linear asynchronous motor is a drawbar rigidly connected to the housing and positioned on the drive side. One winding of the three-phase linear asynchronous motor is connected to AC mains. The other two windings are included in series and connected to the output of a single-phase frequency converter whose input is connected to AC mains.
EFFECT: due to application of a three-phase linear asynchronous motor with such connection of windings and usage of a drawbar rigidly connected to the housing and positioned on the drive side in the capacity of a secondary element of the three-phase linear asynchronous motor one provides for the drive kinematic scheme simplification and improved efficiency of the caulescent fodders classifier operation.
