FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery intended for forage production. Proposed vibration mixer comprises lengthwise beams rigidly interjointed by crossarms whereon corner plates are arranged, lengthwise L-steels, front and rear posts, webs with brackets supporting spring secured thereon to joint rotary frame with vibration chute frame. Vibration chute comprises mixing elements, rods and regulation plates. Proportioning bins are arranged above said chutes furnished with forage feed adjustment mechanism mounted on the frame. There is tie rod rigidly connected with vibration chute casing and arranged on the side of drive. It comprises also drive motor. Vibration mixer incorporates single-phase frequency converter with its input connected with AC circuit. Motor makes linear translation and represents three-phase linear induction motor. Tie rod makes secondary element of aforesaid motor. One winding of said motor is connected with AC circuit, while two other windings are connected in series and to output of single-phase frequency converter.
