FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery intended for homogeneous forage production. Proposed vibration mixer comprises lengthwise beams rigidly interjointed by crossarms whereon corner plates are arranged, lengthwise L-steels, front and rear posts, webs with brackets supporting spring secured thereon to joint rotary frame with vibration chute frame. Vibration chute comprises mixing elements, rods and regulation plates. Proportioning bins are arranged above said chutes furnished with forage feed adjustment mechanism mounted on the frame. Vibration chute housing is driven by three-phase linear induction motor. Secondary element of aforesaid motor is vibration chute housing proper. One winding of said motor is connected with AC circuit, while two other windings are connected in series and to output of single-phase frequency converter with its input connected to AC circuit.
EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency.
