FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for bulk materials separation by air flows and may be used in agricultural production, in milling-and-elevator and fodder industries for grain cleaning and separation. The closed-circuit pneumatic separator includes a sedimentation chamber with a device for lightweight impurities discharge and air supply and pneumatic separation ducts communicating with it. At the point of connection of the lower parts of the air supply and pneumatic separation ducts a diametral fan is installed whose supply nipple is conjugated with the pneumatic separation duct, having a window for cleaned grain discharge on its outer wall. The air supply duct communicates with the sedimentation chamber outlet via a duster whose wall adjacent to the air supply duct is of the louvered type. The pneumatic separation duct is divided into the major and the additional ducts with a flat wall with a distribution damper pivotally mounted on its edge opposed to the discharge window. The additional pneumatic separation duct discharge through the louvered window communicates with the feed window via a dust discharge duct.
EFFECT: separator improves grain cleaning quality as well as sanitary and hygienic conditions of the operational personnel labour.
