FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cleaning grain and its derived products, specifically to air separators with a closed air flow cycle, and can be used in agricultural production, in flour-elevator, grain and feed industry. A closed pneumatic separator of grain mixtures contains a pneumatic separation channel 7 with a side loading window having device 8 in the lower part for output of purified grain, a diametral fan 1 the suction pipe of which is connected to pneumatic separation channel 7, an air supply channel 4 containing guide planes 9 at connection point with the pneumatic separation channel 7, a sedimentary chamber 5 with a device 6 for the removal light impurities, an inertial louver air purifier 16 installed in the suction nozzle 2 of diametral fan 1 and forming a discharge channel 17 with the outer wall, connecting the upper outlet of pneumatic separation channel 7 with sedimentation chamber 5. In wall opposite the side loading window with hopper, an opening is made that communicates a pneumatic separation channel 7 with a vertical inertial channel 13 having in the lower part an outlet 14 into a pneumatic separation channel 7 equipped with a pitched plane 15 ending in a horizontal section. The sedimentary chamber 5 with a dust collector 18 installed in it through suction channel 19 with an expanded inlet section connected to suction nozzle 2 of the diametral fan 1, communicating through the bypass channel with the outlet of the pneumatic separation channel 7 with an adjustment flap 21 installed on the inner wall. The outlet channel 17 in the lower part communicates through the window with suction nozzle of diametral fan in inclined wall area of the suction channel.

EFFECT: separator provides quality increase of cleaning grain material reducing specific energy intensity of the pneumatic separation process.
